I had an evening meal here as well as breakfast as I was staying in the adjacent hotel. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and couldn’t do enough for you which was great.
I had the fish and chips with mushy peas for my evening meal which was lovely, really well cooked and very tasty.

First time having a breakfast in a Beefeater and at £9.50* per person!! this is an absolute bargain for what IMHO is made with good quality ingredients.

2nd visit : Excellent hospitality from Lisa J . She kept checking up making sure everything was ok and if I needed anything. Bit upset that had to book on. Asking at the desk she said nothing she could do. Never gave me any options eg. Would you like to book for later or come back in a bit just palm
This was a great restaurant! I stayed the week in Premier inn and had dinner every night! Dylan and the team where excellent. I didn’t have one bad meal, pretty much fried everything on the menu. I can’t remember the other team members names, but they were all superb! This includes breakfast! No fly
Visited the Packet Steamer Beefeater tonight to see a friend who I have known for 20 years an her husband sat with us too.

Been here tonight for my birthday meal with my partner and our 11 year old son. Ann Coleman was our waitress for the evening and she was brilliant, checked up on us to make sure we had drinks and that our food was right. Went on a Tuesday evening for my husbands 70th birthday. There was 8 of us and everyone of us enjoyed their meal. Excellent value for money, will definitely be going again.
Had a meal here a few times with grandparents and food has been good, Ann C, has often been our waitress and she’s brilliant. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at her job, lovely lady!
