This place is very good for family's to meet up and the kids have a bit of freedom. Fast foods and an eating hall is very good for this purpose. Play area just outside. The kids love it. Recommended.
Small bar serving craft beers, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks. Great selection from local breweries. New at The Shed so looking forward to having a few more drinks here. πΊ π· π₯€

Good choice of beers and staff always attentive and friendly. Be good to see them come up with a non plastic alternative when you choose takeaway beers (maybe a reusable cup that you return as most people only take their drinks to the green area).
Want something that isn't run of the mill beige lager and ale. Well that's what the Tap offers. It isn't a chain pumping out pints for cheap as chips. It's different beers of different ABV for prices that reflect it. You don't want a pint of 8% beer, so you get the half. The taster boards are great value (especially on a Tuesday). Offers plenty and changes regularly. It's something well needed due to the booming 'craft beer' trade. Long may it last!!
The staff are always friendly and helpful at the Tap, and always happy to reccomend something if you ask. Whilst the drinks arent always cheap, I feel you get what you pay for with the quirkier beers and ciders available there.
