Good portion sizes. Food is slightly above average, but the service is just incompetent. The management should read the feedback here and make some minor changes to make everyone's experience better. Update - 08/Sept/2019 Posted with pics. Service still very mixed, fruitshake sent back, ok second time. No gluten free bread, which is disappointing. Vegan breakfast was good, lentil pancake slightly burnt and undercooked in the middle, but not too bad. Crepe and sweet pancakes came as expected.

I’m a regular customer and cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food is absolutely excellent, always fresh and delicious, the portions are very generous and the pizza is the best around by miles. Great variety on the menu and all of the staff are delightful.

Good food, big servings. However, service team were keen to begin clearing plates before people were finished, making those still eating feel as though they needed to rush. Only let down of an otherwise enjoyable lunch.

Great place to eat. Spacious, comfortable, nice atmosphere and service with a smile. Food very good, great combination menu (dairy) of Soyo and Pizaza. Ideal place for families, especially those with children. Would definitely recommend.

Great food with a very helpful and efficient team .Had a lovely shakshuka while my friend had her fries and a smoothie. Ice cream AND froyo for dessert just topped it up for us can't ask for more. So good to have Soyo and Pizaza under the same roof! Definitely going back again!

Brilliant for kids. I had a pizza and really enjoyed it. They also offer lactose free cheese. Large choice of pizzas ,pasta, wraps, sandwiches and salads. Also yummy desserts

Very loud in there. Can hardly hear yourself talking so forget the other end of the table! Food service was fairly slow but staff were on the ball. Food we ordered was spot on

Perfect fusion. I use to have dinner at Soyo sometime, but now is great to have Soyo and Pizaza in the same place. I been there with my husband, we ordered mushroom soup with brown bread, seared tuna and fiorentina pizza. The soup was nice and the bread was fresh and soft. Seared tuna with good quality of gnocchi and fish. Fiorentina pizza was amazing, with a so tasty dough! Service is good and quickly, young and available ppl ready to help you whenever. No doubts, best milk kosher restaurant at Borehamwood.

Very disappointing and underwhelming experience at Pizoyo! 23 mins for 1st pizza to arrive and 27 mins for other 2 pizzas. Stuffed crust had hardly any cheese, and we didn't get the chips we ordered! When I told the manager, he agreed there was very little cheese but didn't apologise or discount the pizza!

A great disappointment today. Table booked at 1215 and after a 10 minute wait for an acknowledgement some other diners told us not to bother staying. I checked and was told the kitchen was overstretched and there a 40 minute wait for food. This wasn’t sustainable with small kids and we left without even being given a menu to look at . Hopefully we’ll have more luck if we try again.

Go during a downtime or it can be very busy and noisy - a sign of how popular they are! The food is great and hybriding the restaurants means there is a great variety on the menu; so there's something for everyone... the difficult thing is deciding what NOT to have!

Well we turned up for breakfast this morning at 9.30 and although the kitchen was open there was not any staff able to make drinks as they had not turned up so we left !!!! What a shame as we love their breakfasts .
