Had a lovely lunch at Paolo's Italian Kitchen. The service was great and the food was very tasty. The overall atmosphere was good and the music wasn't too loud when we visited. I would definitely visit again. It's the only Italian restaurant in Borehamwood, so nice to have some variety in the area without travelling out of town!

I was lucky enough to get a table waking in on Sunday afternoon. Very impressive food, all are of very high quality. Probably the best Italian restaurant I had with this price. Calamari was amazing. A lot of restaurants come with thick coating but theirs are so thin and still crispy! Sea food seafood spaghetti is off menu but I’m glad that I ordered it! We all love it taste so good and the seafood are very fresh. Pizza is also amazing, I’m not a pizza lover but I can finish this all by myself no problem. At the end while having a chat we know you normally have to book two weeks ahead, definitely make sure I make my booking next time!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Waiter very friendly and chef came out and said hi. Good selection of pizzas, pastas and desserts. This is a little pricey for Borehamwood however I believe it is worth it and is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, if not further! Would go again.

Thank you so much to Julien & Philip for a fantastic eating experience in Borehamwood. The food and service was incredible, very relaxed but efficient. A great wine list and a fabulous menu- spoilt for choice. The food delivered the above and beyond experience. Thanks again for making us so happy!

10/10 - Italian food is our favourite as a family and I can now safely say we have found our new favourite local restaurant. When you’re inside, you simply forget you’re actually on Borehamwood High Street. Food is delicious - so fresh, tasty, generous portions and served on lovely plates. Great options for children too. Paolo, the owner coming round to each table to introduce himself and chat was a lovely touch too. We will be back again soon. Highly recommend

The decor makes me nostalgic for fancy hotels. The gorgeous coffee machine. The cocktail (The Italian) was excellent. The waiters, very Italian and accommodating. The food...I'm prone not to go out for Italian because you can make it yourself. You cannot make this yourself. The pizzas were very good value on the lunch deal for 2 pizzas. I would say share the mains because they're very rich and I'm not sure I could eat the truffle pasta on my own. Tiramisu and bread and butter pudding were *chef's kiss*

Had the opportunity to visit Paulo's twice once for lunch and again for dinner. The most recent visit was for dinner and they kindly squeezed us in. The service is superb, the team are wonderful. The chef is amazing always out visiting tables and customers. The food speaks for itself - see the images below , amazing flavour , perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. We are so happy to have this restaurant in Borehamwood.

Excellent points about this place , clear menu , four seasons level toilets and perfect seating arrangement . The food was good too in line with the price tag, the lady who’s the chefs mrs really pushed the 5 star for me with her enthusiasm and her eagerness to find us a table with no booking and having the restaurant full at the time. Only downer I would say is the waiter has abit of attitude that he must fix , he was dropping things every time he came out of the kitchen and didn’t seem apologetic , also simple rule when you spill a drink on a table (especially when it’s a cocktail ) you wipe it at least , the expectation of it being more than £10 is to be replaced and placed properly on table not drop spil and go . This goes back to owner/management they need to invest in some fast and positive waiters as they will definitely remain busy . Wish them all the best
