We had reservations but arrived very early. We sat at the bar for a drink. Our Bartender, Lucas, was fantastic and the barstools were comfortable, so we decided to eat at the bar. We started with the French Onion Soup, it was delicious, with lots of melted cheese on top over the toasted crouton, and the broth was amazing. I ordered the Beef Wellington. It came out perfectly cooked with a beautiful golden crust. As a side we special ordered a wild mushroom risotto. It was cooked to perfection, however, the mild flavor couldn't compete with the Wellington. This is why it isn't offered as a side with the Wellington. The Risotto would be fantastic with a less bold entree. (it made great leftovers). My wife ordered the Tenderloin with Potato Croquettes. The Tenderloin was cooked to the exact temperature and the Potato Croquettes were amazing. We finished up with the Sticky Toffee Puddling, which was rich and satisfying—a perfect end to a remarkable meal.

Great steaks, great service - best of the best steakhouses in Boston. Always reliable. Deep menu with a good range of seafood. Long list of sides, wagu beef, shrimp, etc. separate gluten free gf menu - lots of options. Good wine selection. Kids got the sticky toffee pudding and tower of onion rings. Calimari appetizer (not gf) looked great. Wedge salad was enormous… really good lettuce? Daughter got the beef Wellington - everyone who tried it was impressed. All of the French fries w the pommes frites are GF.

I want to acknowledge the amazing service from Vinny our waiter and all the staff on 12/12/23. We live in Ny and went to Boston to spend some quality time as a couple and decided to give a try to this amazing restaurant! Let’s start by the gracious Host at the door. I made a mistake in the reservation and he took the time to accommodate us in an amazing table ! I’ve worked customer service all my life and currently I work the restaurant industry and I’ve never encounter such a gracious, smart, funny and educated server as VINNY! he elevated our experience ! Shoutout to the bussers, runners and bartenders! It is a bit expensive but it’s totally worth the money! This place deserve a 10000/10 !

We had a wonderful dinner here. I would highly recommend the NY strip, eggplant rolitini, and the wedge salad. The service was perfect. Lucas was friendly and attentive. Any problem was fixed immediately. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the manager was also friendly and introduced herself. We would absolutely come again.

The appetizers were out of this world. Try the crispy maitake mushrooms, the crab cakes, the calamari. The beef Wellington was good but not exceptional (which it sounded like from the waiter’s description). Lucas at the bar was terrific with the cocktails (have him make you a mezcal Negroni)

First time here, not the last! We had a great experience with Bryan. I think we would’ve had a good time anyway, but as our server, he made the night fantastic. We would come back just to see him. Food was great.

This place and service was dynamite. The service was attentive and excellent. I had the Imperial Caviar and the oxtail croquettes. Both were exceptional. My bf had the steak tartare which was mediocre, I would probably avoid that but his filet was tender and juicy. All in all the service and evening was a great success for our visit to Boston.

Good steakhouse expensive but top level quality. The in-bone fillet cost $62 for 14oz but sides around and the presentation of the plate is very sad for such a high price. Bone marrow was good and the presentation of the plate was nice. Pork chop was delicious and comes with sides (as it should be). The place is in former bank …. Don’t miss to see the vault downstairs

I came here with my parents yesterday to commemorate the end of a trip, and we really enjoyed our dinner here. It’s a cozy place to sit, service is swift and friendly, and the food excellent. All of our steaks were tender and flavorful!
