Tasty food, quick service, friendly staff, a little overpriced for the portions given but the quality of food is great. What I loved the most is how easy it is to order with several kiosks available to pick and choose what you want without having to make the rush decisions. There's pictures of the items that are available at the time and they have contacless pay options!

Flawless.
That's the word that comes to mind. From ordering to getting your food to leaving it is all perfect. The price is very reasonable, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice and very clean. And I didn't even get to the ROBOT part. Amazing experience from start to finish - you can watch the robot make your food in front of you. This place is a hit.

Great deal!! In only a couple of minutes, you have a customized bowl for $7.5. Nice is small and cozy, people are nice and this is not a detour from the freedom trail so no excuse!. Even if this is accessible, a wheelchair won't likely fit in there.

This little place is great!!! Robotic machinery makes each dish so it's consistently proportioned and amazing. There are multiple kiosks to place your order and also human cashiers. There are about 9 different dishes and they're available in regular (with meat) and vegetarian/vegan. I tried the Korean dish vegetarian. It was amazing, so flavorful. I also tried it with chicken. Both great. You have options of rice, lettuce, etc in your bowl. They're also cheap or reasonably priced at about $7.50 if I remember correctly.

Love the concept...first time eating from robotic machines. Food was fresh, delicious, good portion and we thoroughly enjoyed watching ther cooking process. Superb customer service too..the manager was super helpful and explained the history to us. Great going MIT guys!!

Quick self-help service. Order on screen. Everything was customizable for my bowl, so it is somewhat friendly to food intolerances and I was mostly satisfied, but I would not have many options if I were to go there often. The sauces and spices don't leave much options if you are sensitive to those things. Interesting to watch the automatic cooking mechanism. Odd thing is that not all toppings are available to select in all the bowls. Some of us couldn't get the topping that was available to another person - that part is not transparent. Good price though.

For $7.50 I can guarentee as of this writing you are not going to get a more unique food experience. The entire ordering and cooking process up to the topping and getting your order is completely automated. As a side note this company is using my companies control systems, how cool! But as I was saying, its like being in the future with robots making your meal, and the best part is that the food is amazing! Flavors are bold, but not over bearing and they have healthy clean options for every menu item!

Loved the food here!! It was so flavorful and tasty. There are plenty of options here if you're vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free. I loved the different cuisine options. I had the Korean bowl which was 'in testing' I hope they keep it on the menu. My friend had the pad thai bowl and also really liked theirs. There is some limited seating in the store itself so be sure to grab a seat as soon as you see one open! The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

This place has got fantastic food at an unbeatable price for the middle of Boston. I had the Korean bowl, which had a great variety of vegetables and flavors. Also, very friendly staff! (Well, at least the human staff)

A modern fast food pace! Order at a Kiosk, food is prepared by robots/automated and flipped into a bowl, then a person adds other toppings. Surprisingly tastes good.
