We went for dinner for the convenience and familiarity of the food that we would have. They were out of baguettes! That is kind of the whole reason that we eat at Panera. That was very disappointing. Otherwise the food was good and service was typical. Location is also good.

Panera Bread is a staple for my family. My kids could live off the mac and cheese given the option.
This particular location is conveniently located in down town Boston. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient.
The dining room was clean, but the layout was a bit crowded.
The food was good and of a bit higher quality that some Panera experiences we have had.

Now that the pandemic is getting better and this location has been getting back to normal little by little, I have been coming here more and more.
The staff at this Panera are always super nice and welcoming and the food and drinks are always fresh and accurate.
Today I am leaving a review because of another great visit along with the turkey sandwich that I just ordered. I am part of the Unlimited Coffee program too.
