Go for: Probably the best tacos in Boston, no joke. Avoid if: You don't eat meat. Something surprising: Rarely does a restaurant execute so many different types of tacos so well. Reservation needed? No, it's counter-service and there are always a few tables available. Overall Experience: 4/5. If you go for the taco de pescado, tacos campechanos, or anything with choriqueso, you'll understand how revelatory these tacos are in Boston. The quality is consistent, they are prepared quickly, and the staff is always friendly. The restaurant is pretty basic, but with food like this, you don't need much else. A hidden gem in the North End. It isn't fine dining. Self service with clean tables and a super clean bathroom including the fresh scent of Fabulouso! The food's delicious. Real, fresh fried tortillas and delicious guacamole. I'll come back -

Service was good, place is well kept and clean. I had a burrito which was good but can't give a 5 as I have had some in other venues that I like a bit better. Other reviewers commented on their torta options which I'll try next time to see.

The food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The entrees were reasonably priced but any extras were quite expensive.

I think this might have been the best Mexican food I ever had! The food is so flavorful and rich, portions are perfect, and the prices are excellent. We ordered two tacos and un Plato and it was served so fast. The servers here are also very nice.

Chill little Mexican spot in the north end. The burritos were awesome, and the hot sauce was no joke. We also got chips and salsa, and a couple of drinks. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. Check this place out.

Best taquitos i had in my life, like when your mom makes you food for the first time after a year overseas. I mean what else can you expect of a place runned by ladies . If after you try their food you go to any other Mexican place, you are mad. I’ll be their fan for ever.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We went here after a long day at the Boston science museum, and it was a perfect way to end our trip. I got veggie tacos and my partner got enchiladas. We both finished our meals in record time and wished we had room in our stomachs for more. You will not be disappointed.

We were visiting Boston and had passed many expensive Italian pasta restaurants. We just wanted a good, easy lunch for 3 adults and 3 kids. I searched Mexican restaurants near me and Tenoch Mexican popped up. A short 2 minute walk, and we arrived to a cut older, original Boston building with all its charm! It is off the expensive beaten path, but easy to get to and oh, so worth it! The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, and helpful with our selections. The food was generous and excellent! We fed everyone for under $55. (3 adults, a 13 yr old, a 9 yr old, and a 12 year old) Highly recommend!

I can't believe it took me this long to have a Torta. This one got me addicted with crispy fish, thick bread and the perfect mix of toppings. The tostada was fully loaded and the guac was fresh! Huge fan of the wall art as well - chill place to grab lunch or a late dinner.
