I had a wonderful lunch experience at this place. The server was great at explaining the menu, which helped us make our choices. The food arrived promptly, and just as we finished one dish, another one followed. The lunchtime crowd was not too overwhelming, and the atmosphere was delightful. The food itself was incredibly delicious, making for a truly satisfying lunch experience.

Very authentic Sushi and yaki udon is the best I've had since I moved to the States. I was planning to go to Kura sushi, but I'm glad I chose Yamato instead.

Decent all-you-can-eat restaurant for sushi rolls, sashimi and Asian appetizers. Some of the menus are only for dinner including Sashimi. Order is done by penciling down the menus on an order sheet. Servers will take the sheet and bring the food to table. Food is fresh and tasty. But one thing I don't like is too much rice on sushi. Street parkings available by chance.

It’s hard to give all you can eat sushi anything but five stars because, you know, all you can eat. The sashimi was good and the fish was fresh but the rolls were a bit of a mess. Probably because the place is so popular and so packed, the chefs have a hard time keeping up. But $30 for all you can eat weekday sushi so it’s worth a visit.

Fair price - if you have the stomach for it!
I appreciate the wide berth of hot foods that are available in this buffet - can absolutely have a satisfying meal with someone who doesn't actually enjoy sushi.
The sushi itself is pretty good quality, and I always leave satisfied (and on the verge of death.)
Bonus points for unlimited ice cream, fried ice cream, and fried bananas for dessert.
Don't worry, they won't judge you ;)

Great all you can eat menu. Their miso soup is top tier, the sushi menu has a lot of variety and they have an extensive kitchen menu as well if anyone in your group is looking to tag along for the all you can eat experience without the sushi. I’ve seen other reviews talk about sushi quality being low but this was not our experience. Service was fast and everything was fresh. Will definitely be back!

Yamato is a long time favorite. Nearly 10 years since we discovered them and we keep going back! We had dinner a while back that was not up to the quality we usually expected, so did not go back for a while. Lunch recently was top-notch. Pricing has gone up but not by a lot. AYCE prices are up $10 from 2020. FYI. That’s a general trend as things increase everywhere, so no problem. Quality was good, our waitress was awesome, and their selection has not changed. Just as bountiful as usual for AYCE. Enjoy!

Finally! I've finally found a good Japanese restaurant! Thank God! 😋 The food was awesome and the staff was really nice as well. I ordered delivery and it was perfect. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I will definitely be ordering from them again! 😄

Super fun times at Yamato. Had an all you can eat feast. The nigiri were pretty decent for the price point with a wide range of fish available. The exotic rolls are not really my thing and are the Japanese equivalent of pineapple on pizza imo, but if you're into that they're good. Only downside is that I asked for a beer and I'm still waiting for it.

I love all you can eat sushi. I love all you can eat sushi even more when you get taxed for not finishing a plate. Call it environmentalism, call it game theory fueling conversation on the sunk cost fallacy, but simply call it beautiful.
The only knock, the only thing prohibiting this reviewer from giving the sacred 5 stars, is that the quality of sushi is that of an all you can eat establishment. It is darn good for what it is. However, when you order a rainbow roll here it is not the same quality you pay for when you buy one stand alone elsewhere.
Pro tip: go light on the apps, keep your appetite for the good stuff
