You would never know it from the outside, but this place is a literal shrine to the Beatles and museum of an astounding collection of rock-n-roll memorabilia and artifacts. They also have great food!

Without question worth a stop if you're ever in Eastie. Subs are some of the best in Boston, and you can grab a half if you're not that hungry ( you'll wish you got a full though, trust me ). The place is packed with Boston & rock memoriabilia, great to browse around while you're waiting for a bite. The owner is a great guy to shoot the breeze with too, it's a pleasure any time I drop by. And if the subs aren't enough, they have a deli and a huge selection of candy and sodas. If you live in Eastie...careful...you might get hooked!!

Just got the grilled chicken and it was supposed to be a hot sandwich. It was cold and the chicken was dry with no taste. I was expecting something a bit better prepared. The staff was nice. The MASH Grapefruit Sparkling Fruit Drink was pretty good. Comparable to the taste of Sunkist.

I really love this place they make the best fresh subs, I have ever eaten. This is honestly a hidden gem of East Boston. Iconic childhood memories I remember this was my 1st stop every morning before heading to school and also after school. This place is the same since I can remember and it's only getting better. Roy's cold cuts is a family owned business that survived the pandemic of 2021. Remember to stop by show some support for a small business and don't forget to leave a tip for their exceptional service. Their food is phenomenal. Must Togo places while in Boston!

Incredibly disappointed. I saw the Phantom Gourmet episode highlighting their sandwiches, so I went and ordered their Godfather and Peppacheddaturkichini as highlighted in the show. After ordering, I waited within the store for a near 30 minutes, watching people come and go, only to finally receive 2 lifeless and flavorless sandwiches. The bread was rock hard and stale. On the Godfather the chicken cutlets were ice cold, with paltry amounts of accompanied meats and veggies. The Peppacheddaturkichini held slapped on, unmelted cheese with no peppers and flavorless turkey. I'm not sure I'll be back, I'd love to be proven this was an anomaly because what was advertised was certainly not this!

Anytime I drop someone off/pick up from the airport I make Roys a pit stop. The sandwhiches are all delicious, really remarkable in fact.
The super Italian is very good and the tuna italian is a unique spin on an Italian. The olive oil tuna used on it is delicious.
The stuffed hot peppers are out of this world. Make sure to call early if you are planning to get some as they do sell out.
