Its Starbucks, friendly and efficient. Sadly no seating available and with -14c outside quite a few people huddled around the condiment area and bins.

So far the best Starbucks I know in Boston. Just order a Cafe Americano with Oat Milk. No sugar needed, its perfect. Have tried it in several Starbucks in Boston, but here it is the best. Although the employees are very friendly, and even in early mornings dancing and laughing to the music. Love it! :)

I’ve been to this location a number of times, and have always been super impressed by how nice the staff is and the drinks are always well made with an attention to detail! Additionally, there have been a couple times were I come in a few minutes before closing (realizing I need coffee for a late night push), and they have been very kind! I think a lot of times staff at other places can be grumpy about last minute visitors or lock up prematurely, but everyone has been really nice about it here! Not to mention, this is a great location.

Amazingly, this coffee shop was very similar to ones I have visited in California. However, perhaps it was the East Coast vibe, but the coffee just wasn't as smooth as they serve up in Cali. Dude.

This Starbucks is really great! You get a notification when your mobile order is ready, and they always make my drinks perfectly.

The service was excellent. The coffee was phenomenal we bought a Danish or not a Danish we bought something hot to eat and it was particularly small and expensive I was not thrilled at the taste or the size especially for the price so that's why I'm giving it a four-star. Dunkin's turkey sausage thing was much better than Starbucks was I was shocked

This Starbucks’ location never disappoints. Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and efficient! The baristas are terrific! Lisa is always so pleasant and helpful. Ariel is fast, efficient and friendly as he juggles the orders. Refreshing to go to this location especially compared to the 143 Newbury Street location. Thank you!
