The girl on the register this morning was quick in processing my order since I was in a rush, my only complaint that I saw was that a guy who was warming up my sandwich was tossing trash all over his station floor

I make a stop here every morning on my commute to work for my daily caffeine buzz to fuel a day full of mail delivery. The staff is super friendly and always get my coffee right!! This particular location(Washington St near Downtown Crossing)will get very busy at times throughout the day, so I'd advise placing a "Mobile Order" if you have the Starbucks app to avoid waiting.

Whenever I'm in the area this where I come for my coffee. It can get busy during certain times of the day, but they are good at getting the orders out quick.

Fantastic coffee, fast, friendly knowledgeable barista's.
I went in originally thinking dark roast had the most caffeine until a very knowledgeable barista informed me that blonde coffee actually has more caffeine than dark roast.
Also if you a Starbucks app user and you pay with it, it gives you free refills.

I'm not into Starbucks to be honest since I don't drink coffee or eat pastries like that. This place is close to my company's Boston office so everyone in the office would come to this Starbucks. Based on my visits and other people's comments this is a good location and staff are friendly. I do think the pastries and drinks are all overly priced though, so I prefer dunkin donuts. Sorry!
