I lived in Eastie for too long before hearing about this place. Such a unique experience and absolutely delicious. Check this place out on a warm day where you can walk around and catch some views. They have some beers too for your afternoon buzz.

Cozy neighborhood bar/cafe with delicious Aussie pies and pastries. It's a weekly spot for us as their savory scones are addicting.

Go for: A unique and delicious food experience you want to share with everyone while also keeping it a secret to preserve the charm. Avoid if: You're feeling unadventurous or generally dislike things like chicken pot pie. Something surprising: The cold desserts and pastries (for takeaway or to eat there) are phenomenal. Reservation needed? No, but be mindful of the hours of operation. Overall Experience: 4/5. This place is just awesome and easily one of the top 5 spots in East Boston, but just a little hard to get to - especially if you don't know the area. The staff is funny and welcoming, and the pastry skills are among the best. If you're looking for buttery and savory food for omnivores and vegetarians alike, this is the place you've been looking for. This can quickly get expensive, so watch your spending. I ordered this lamb pie with a side of gravy (because other reviewers were correct that the pie is dry), a side of cole slaw, and an iced tea (with a 20% tip) for $32.

Very excited to come back to the old KO location. The meat pies might be even better than I remember, especially the lamb pies and the sausage rolls. Love the option to take frozen pies home. Baby loved the mushy peas and Lamington. Will be back!

Really tasty. I’d been to KO pies and The Biscuit before they both closed, and Seabiscuit does a great job following in their footsteps. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious with perfectly cooked eggs and great biscuits. The pie was great with a tasty filling and flaky crust, and the blueberry scones were a nice treat. The location is very nice too. Definitely recommend.

This place is such a hidden gem! We finally had a chance to visit on a Sunday morning and had a lovely time. The patio is dog friendly, so we took our pup and had a seat at a picnic table. There were space heaters, but the temp was only about 50, so bundle up! My date had the biscuit bacon egg and cheese and it was perfect. The perfect size, perfect bacon, perfect tomato jam, perfect biscuit! I had the Smoked Salmon Brioche Sandwich and it was delicious. The egg was scrambled but not over cooked. The salmon portion was generous. And the BUN! Ahhh the bun was crispy and kept its integrity while eating the sandwich - a rarity for brioche! We both had coffees as well. My almond milk latte had the yummiest, stiffest foam I’ve ever had. We will absolutely be coming back.

Great little place! Everything was really good, scratch made. Crust was great! Nice flavor! Interesting music playing. One thing that would take it over the top is a little gravy or sauce to dip or drizzle with, if one wanted a more pot pie style interior.

Excellent place to try. We needed to be close to the airport and eat something before going. This place we found by chance and loved everything about it. We didn't know it was Aussie infused food. Since it was something quick we ordered chicken sandwich and meat pie. Loved both. A good surprise is they had the game between Argentina and Australia, so even better. Good service. Not even the rainy day affected how I liked the place. Will Be Back.
