The place was nice an clean . The food was alittle spicy , but I like it that way . The one thing that didn't sit well with me .A grown man chatting up high school girl is inappropriate .

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the young girl who made my burrito bowl behind the counter today on 7/8, around 3:00 PM. I should've asked her name, but she had on a silver script necklace - find her and give her a raise!!! wow, I don't think I've ever had such great customer service at a chipotle. I left smiling because she was just great and made my day. Plus the bowl was great (as always)!

One of the best Chipotle locations in Boston
My perfected go to order is: burrito bowl, white rice, chicken, black beans, fajita veggies, corn, medium and hot salsas, sour cream, little bit of lettuce
They PILE on the food and never skimp out, plus the staff is very friendly and efficient. One time my rewards app wasn't working and they took the time to help fix the problem during a busy lunch period

As far as Chipotle goes this place is impressive. Even at lunch rush in the seaport, they get you in and out very quickly. Food was still piping hot. Service was quick and efficient. You can tell they have good management and that the workers want to be there and get er done. No slackers among them and all seem to have a great attitude. All in all top notch. Eating in isn't a great idea as it gets mobbed but it is what it is.

This place can get busy at times. I had to wait beside 20+ people for a bowl. But it was worth waiting for. The location is wonderful. People can easily take their bowl out of the door and sit in the chairs on sidewalks to enjoy the food. The staffs were hospitable too!! One of my favorite eatery in Seaport area.
