Absolutely a hidden gem. Long time favorite sushi spot. Try the shiitake tempura roll. They have so many delicious treats you can’t go wrong.

Very good sushi. Stone pot bibimbap is very good. Seafood Soondubu jigae was good, but you can find better in West Roxbury (Sharon Korean Kitchen) or Allston (Kaju).

Fantastic sushi and Korean cuisine in Chestnut Hill. Cozy and traditional atmosphere with a beautiful Koi pond water feature as you enter. They have been around for 25 years and are still going strong.

I have eaten inside, really calm and relaxing place to eat in couple. Also have order take out. My food nicely warm, delicious with lots of flavor.. Me and my girlfriend love the spot!

Not much of a fan for Japanese food, but this place is a very pleasant surprise. Food was very good and my family truly enjoyed the culinary experience. Great service, too.

Very popular neighborhood Japanese restaurant in Chestnut Hill. Lots of different sushi. We ordered the City Combo which came with miso soup. And the Mama Miso Roll. Both delicious and would order again. Nice ambience. Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely will return.

Thoroughly enjoyed a Saturday evening meal here. I ordered the Mama Miso roll. Excellent! My sister ordered the City Combo (sushi). Another excellent choice! Just so you know - be prepared to wait somewhat for your sushi dishes. They have a busy takeout business as well as in person dining. But it's worth the wait! I love that free parking readily available. We will definitely return here again!
