I enjoy the Pret brand in general and this location is pretty good, it's a fairly large space and the line moves quickly, lots of seating room. Only complaint was it took me a few trys to get my coffee made after I ordered because it got forgotten about.

The setup is cute and cozy and the coffee was okay and chocolate hazelnut croissant i had was pretty good. The food there is mostly just pre prepared stuff so if youre looking for something fast it works

My favorite location!!! Amazing staff they are always very nice respectful I love the costumer service skill they have. I was there today 2/3/2019 around 7PM the workers there were super nice! Thank you for your great delicious food and awesome workers

No frills cafe with absolutely delicious FRESH & ORGANIC sandwiches, soups, wraps, salads, coffee and more at a reasonable price. But the fact that they donate all the food that didn’t sell at the end of the day to those in need and make a fresh batch of everything in the morning AND that their staff is actually trained at good customer service is why I needed to share this review with people. The Pret a Manger at downtown crossing has found the true meaning of a good coffee shop and earned its 5 stars for sure.

Always a pleasant place to visit. Food is good and relatively inexpensive and it's easy to grab a meal and run. Good coffee, too, plus great people-watching.This shop was relatively empty on a Sunday afternoon but must be really busy at lunch during the week.

Wasn't crowded at all, coffee was great. The staff was very courteous. We found our coffee a little less hot and took it to the counter to rewarm it, the lady at the counter not only provided us with a new hot coffee but she didn't charge us anything for the inconvenience.

Great place to sit and prepare for a business meeting down the street. The drinks are good and they have health cold and hot breakfast options. The Greek egg white omelette was good for being pre-cooked.

Their Cramel Lattè is one the best I've tasted in Boston. Their also have great food. You want to come early because lunch hours is their peak period especially if you want to get a spot on the sit out for great views and fresh air.
