I used to go to the Dunkins on Boylston Street, the staff there could never get my order right and if I had to say anything about it they would give so much attitude. I gave up on Dunkins until I found out there was another on Newbury St. The staff there are completely different, they're nice, quick, have good memory for their customers orders and its clean! I hope the company respects this staff because they're great!
Update: 2wks later, new staff needs lot of training. My breakfast was a complete bust today. Was not happy at all.

They are doing a really nice job remodeling these stores. More attractive, improved selections. And they enforce anti-loitering rules, unlike Starbucks, which makes it a better customer experience. Better loyalty program too, especially since Starbucks messed around with theirs.

Dunkin is so underrated I've tried alot of their drinks and loved almost every one of them. Fast service and friendly smiles!

Boujama and Naima are the best. I bought coffees and left my iPad with important school works at this store. I was so relieved when coming back to see Boujama and Naima keeping it safe for me. Thank you !
