Dunkin'

Very rude barista. Serviced us with an attitude and kicked us out immediately. Got my order wrong, forgot straws for which I had to reach over the desk due to lack of attention, and we had to eat on the bus bench outside because he kicked us out. Was it because of COVID that they couldn't have people inside maybe? No, because none of them were wearing masks. The bald guy with the painted nails just doesn't seem to like people very much, trash-talks coworker, too. Not giving 1 star just to be generous (at least one of my two orders was right, I guess).

I hardly ever write bad reviews but the staff here is incredibly disrespectful and I don't recommend to come to this location. They are very unattentive and when you do get service, they try to hurry you up to leave as if they didn't make you wait 10 minutes in the first place. The drinks are also not made well to your customizations so don't even bother.

I’ve been going here consistently for over a year. Recently I found a metal rod in my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. I contacted Dunkin Donuts and they said they would contact the manager at this franchise. The manager has never gotten back to me. It’s absolutely digusting and beyond me how they can allow it. Guess I won’t be going back to Dunkin ever again.

This place has lacked customer service skills overall But now even the manager lacks customer service she doesn’t know how to address people properly At 8:37 in the morning she asks someone do they have a mask , the gentleman goes no I do not do you have one I can use , she then states I am not your mother My order consisted of an order of hash browns when I looked in the bag their was no ketchup I then ask Can I have ketchup She then ignorantly saids please and thankyou That’s very unprofessional not only was the conversation unprofessional but her way of speaking is just not the customer service you would think you would receive from a manager Very unprofessional

Poor customer service. I was there for 15 minutes with only one person in front of me; there’s an employee that’s been working there for over a year now she’s really rude, has attitude for no reason and hands you the food/drinks very rudely. I’ve been coming for years now and the coffee is starting to taste nasty on top of that their prices have raised. Don’t go there!!
