Was in the area last night, had a lovely meal, well presented good quality food. Three course meal very very good value. Staff fantastic. Even tho we live nearly an hour and half away, we would return. Lovely to see such a nice place with great food. Unfortunately a rare thing these days. Thank you!

Very welcoming atmosphere- relaxed and inviting. Tastefully furnished with a mixture of traditional armchairs and sofas to modern lighting and feel. Food was excellent. A good selection to choose from on the menu. All home cooked as well as the puddings. Hosts very friendly and chatty. A must to visit.

This is such a lovely place now! I've been in there more during the last three months than in the last twenty years, because it's so welcoming, comfortable and a great place to relax with friends. The food is really delicious and Karen really does how to cook for vegetarians too, which is a rare treat!

What a fabulous country pub! Friendly, helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious, the banoffee pie is to die for so make sure you leave room for a pudding!
