What a lovely place, made so welcome and served a fantastic sunday lunch
Beautiful food, you need to book for Sunday lunch but there is plenty. Good selection of desserts, I'm sure they make their own ice cream because I've never come across some of the flavours before. The price is pretty cheap as well! Good sized portions and an even better price. Why wouldn't you go h
Went there tonight for my husband birthday, our meals were extremely nice, the steak was cooked perfectly and to everyone's liking. The staff were very friendly and the waitress was very lovely. We would definitely go for steak night again
A step back in time and a rare old school village pub. I believe they offer free overnight parking for motor home customers, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful fens
Exceptionally friendly people. Always a delight to visit.
I visited on Sunday 13th March with my mum and sister-in-law for the carvery. We all found it to be faultless - a selection of 4 different meats, roast and mashed potatoes and 6 different vegetables. Although we were quite full from one course, myself and my mum also managed to squeeze in a puddin
Fabulous roast dinner - cooked in the traditional way - piping hot and served with a smile. Definitely the best one I have ever had!
A very warm a friendly little pub. The Sunday carvery was hot and well cooked compliments to the chef. Homemade cheesecake was beaut could have eaten another piece. We would call again defo.
Excellent selection on Sunday Buffet, very clean, great puddings, and good value. Hosts very warm and friendly. Overall a village pub, restaurant that has what it takes to be one that stands out.
A friendly village pub where the landlady and customers make you welcome. Excellent bitter, lager and cider. Good pot of tea too.
