L Lamond (Lillam)
The Garibaldi is a great pub, they serve excellent curries, Indian inspired roasts and other options. There's parking, an open fire and lots of good drinks to choose from, sport is quietly shown on the tv. I strongly recommend giving it a try. It is also dog friendly.

Booked a table for 6pm on a Wednesday eve - first time I'd been. Got there and there was loads of parking and the pub was empty. Nice menu on offer with a mix of Indian and traditional British pub grub. Reasonably priced, quick to appear, beautifully presented and the portion sizes were great. The surroundings were clean, tidy and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Good selection of drinks available and a nice pub garden for those beautiful warm, sunny, summer afternoons and evenings (lolz). Would definitely return.

What a lovely local pub, nice wee garden Landlord and landlady very accomodating, salt of the earth people, adhered to covid rules, do scrummy sandwiches, that beat the surrounding pubs by far, highly recommend if you want a chilled afternoon in a nice atmoshere

Came for lunch last weekend. Hadn't been for a couple of years. Very nice food. Myself and friend had curry. There was also a selection of normal pub food, sausages and mash etc. Would definitely recommend.

We go to the Garibaldi regularly. Bobby & Jade are friendly & welcoming. The staff who works there are always friendly & helpful.
They have unique pop up vans like the pizza van on a Wednesday & Greek van on a Friday which is excellent.
Jade cooks an amazing roast on a Sunday which is always great & very fairly priced.
This is a lovely welcoming local pub with friendly staff & regulars.

Perfect place for a bite to eat be it lunch or dinner with a group of friends or a special someone. Something on the menu for everybody - and so refreshing to have pub food with a special twist. This makes this little gem of a place a destination in our beautiful county for the finest food around. Great value for money. Great service. Top team. Why would you go anywhere else???? :)

Lovely pub, nice warm reception and some great ales on tap and although we were pre-1pm the place was almost empty - that fact didn't change much during our visit. The menu is great, a few really nice options implying everything is fresh. We ordered the crab cake starter, a couple of us had the beef roast and I had the pork belly. Sadly I wouldn't have been able to tell that the crabcake was crab, but it was hot and the salad was lovely. The pork belly which came without any crackling or apple sauce was sent back along with one of the beef roasts for not being nearly hot enough. Why oh why kitchens send food out on cold plates is a mystery to me when warming them takes nothing more than a little initiative and planning. To be fair our complaints were dealt with swiftly and courteously and we soon had rewarmed dinners though the shortage of gravy was also a sticking point with my friends. I doubt we will go back as there are several other choices nearby.

Nice traditional village pub. Nice beer garden with great countryside views. The Sunday lunch menu was concise but my roast chicken was well cooked , free range & tasty. Reasonably priced wines and food is good value for the area. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere means we always come back.

First time I've stopped and gone in for a meal and was pleasantly suprised how spacious it was and staff and atmosphere were fantastic.
We went in at lunch time and food was great, will come back again and a bonus is its dog friendly so will bring our dog as well.

Great South African inspired dishes along with pub favourites. The steak was excellent and perfectly cooked. I was the driver but judging by how quickly the Malbec and Zinfandel went down I think the wines are excellent too. We will be going back.
