What a gem of a place.
Sally is a wonderful hostess who made us feel so welcome.
We were blessed to watch as she warmly interacted with her deaf customers, who clearly enjoy returning to this cozy haven.
The afternoon tea was delicious.
I don't drink tea, but had about 3 cups!

My friend had booked afternoon tea for my birthday - and what a lovely experience all of us 3 ladies had today.
We had been asked for any special requests - one was minus mayonnaise and one requested no butter on sandwiches - all 3 of us were presented individually with a cake stand full of gorgeo

The array of cakes was amazing and very delicious. But.....The cappuccino was very weak and tasted like hot milk. Maybe I should have asked for an extra shot. The cafe is clean, compact and has friendly staff. It also has outside seating. I would definitely go again, but woyld ask for that extra sho

Although we are im a weird and worrying time, I am so grateful and happy that Sally has remained opened and has endeavoured to keep baking her fab cakes etc to keep us all going and our tummies happy. It gives us a chance to get out and meet up outside and have a takeaway coffee to start the day. W
