The best place in Bournemouth for bubble tea ! And the staff especially Huyen and Sammie are amazing !! Would definitely recommend this place :)
We had our daughter’s 14th birthday party at Yobu yesterday. I can’t praise the staff enough. Mei was lovely and offered us private use of downstairs, bubble tea and waffles for everyone with a special visitor too from Chi Chi bear! From start to finish everything went really well and the organisation and communication leading up to the party was fabulous! Can’t recommend Yobu enough x

After 2 months of entering YoBu in favour to treat myself to 2 sweet Taiwanesse buns, I find the place as suited to be for peace and entertainment.The drink menu leaves a curious display by numerous of flavours with variety of different toppings to mix and match a colourful treat whether a hot drink or cold drink. I haven't tried many but I do see myself trying out more because curiosity will soon kill this cat but not by Yobu's ingredients and recipe, just me crossing a road blindly one day - that's all. The service by a staff name Huyen has made the environment convincingly joyful. She is Yobu's ultimate weapon of charm. Enjoy it for yourself. Along with Sammi, Anca, Pim, Jordan and Bandy who all provide an uplifting social skill to connect or join comical theories with. :)

This is the best bubble tea cafe in Bournemouth! They have the biggest choice of flavours and some really unique combos if you can't decide like us. We tried a Pikachu bubble tea, and a milkshake, which was delicious, and a couple of the others with unusual names. What can I say... All fab! Very friendly too and I really like that there is a little seating area indoors too. Definitely go visit and try for yourself.

I have been coming here for years now and I can't recommend the place enough. Super authentic bubble teas with lots of flavour and not just silly amounts of sugar. They're always so chatty helpful and friendly. I love having a chat with Tania and Kira they're always so welcoming and kind! I just love this place never not go in when I'm in town!
Liked this place, warm friendly atmosphere and lovely staff (even if they spelt all 3 of our names wrong!), also student discounts available. Milk tea was flavourful. How this place stands out from others is by the many rare flavours you can get (for example in terms of milk tea: blossom, rose and numerous chocolate flavours e.g. chocolate orange (Jan 2023)). Good volume of drink, however, quality wise, tasted a little more artificial than other places I've been to, but overall a good experience.
Me and my friends have been going to Yobu for over a year now, our weekly tradition, our hearts were empty without going to yobu over the holidays, so glad to be back getting drinks from this amazing business. Their customer service is second to none, and it feels like a second home. Absolutely love it here. Been on a few occasions for my usual black forest milk tea. Although the menu is huge I have my favourites, The atmosphere is warm and friendly I had the pleasure of being served by Tanya this time and she was fantastic. Best bubble tea around if I had to pick.
Love, love, love this place for bubble tea! Amazing flavours and great staff members - if you don't know what to get ask the staff for their recommendations and they are so helpful when deciding what toppings to get! They also have snacks like mochi which is great! One downside is it's popularity - when it's busy, it's very busy but the wait is worth it especially for the amount of drink you get, the portions are decent sized. Only wish there was more seating and maybe less of the loud orange walls.
Been to yobu a few times, really good experience. Tried the food aswell which was lovely. Staff are always very polite. Served by Kira Mae today. Very friendly service and helpful. Will return :)
Went in for bubble tea and had a warm milky matcha one and a cold blueberry one. Tapioca bubbles and mango jelly!
I have been coming here for boba tea for 2 years now. It’s honestly the best bubble tea you’ll find in Bournemouth. They always have lots of new options and you can have a loyalty card and collect points to get free bubble tea. Was served by Ann and Amy today, lovely service and always smiling :)
