This was my first time to The Pie House, and I was not disappointed. I had a delicious mince and onion pie with mash and liqueur. It was a crusty, solid pastry pie, packed with plenty of tasty meat filling. The best pie and mash I've had since leaving London. I will definitely be returning for more, and also to try some other pies on the menu. Would highly recommend.

Went there for the first time a few months ago as researched thoroughly and only found this one Pie and Mash shop in Bournemouth. Not totally like ones from London (where there are many) but the pie I had was delicious. Chicken, Leek and Ham with Mash and gravy.
The owners are a delightfully friendly Brazilian couple and we gelled straight away.
So last weekend we had friends from London coming who happen to be Brazilian so we thought we would pop in so they could chat to each other in their native tongue! We didn't stay for pies and mash as we had already eaten but we will return again as they are now doing Jellied Eels.
They are open 7 days a week and are opposite Tesco.

Another fantastic evening at The Pie House. We had the Steak & Ale pie with mash and gravy.... a pie packed with tasty, tender beef, great mash, mushy peas and lots of gravy....delicious. The owners are very welcoming....highly recommend.

I had a Really good pie and mash with gravy, i find most places that also do take away now are rubbish, this on the other hand was Very good and resonable price, even bought a box of free frange eggs to use for breakfast the following day-- delicious - much better than any eggs i have bought in the supermarket 👍😃. Good job guys

Great homemade pies, with extras available to order on the menu. They serve traditional liquor like a parsley sauce instead of gravy. They also serve jellied eels. They have a large selection of local ales or beer to try. Highly recommended for a lunch or dinner.
