This was my first time to The Pie House, and I was not disappointed. I had a delicious mince and onion pie with mash and liqueur. It was a crusty, solid pastry pie, packed with plenty of tasty meat filling. The best pie and mash I've had since leaving London. I will definitely be returning for more, and also to try some other pies on the menu. Would highly recommend.

Great homemade pies, with extras available to order on the menu. They serve traditional liquor like a parsley sauce instead of gravy. They also serve jellied eels. They have a large selection of local ales or beer to try. Highly recommended for a lunch or dinner.

Popped in as I'm a London'er and thought ohhhh nice a pie n mash shop. What a pleasant surprise. Absolutely lovely food and excellent value for money. The staff are lovely, and very professional. They do loyalty card which is a great idea too.
