Booked an afternoon tea here for 16 people on my hen party. The food was lovely and served nicely. The serving staff were polite and helpful without being overbearing. I would say the hotel could do with a spruce up but I heard they will be closing for a refurb under the new owners. I hope they keep

Afternoon tea with family. Was a beautiful lounge area. Very grand. Staff very proper. Tea brought out on fabulous stands. ( vegi catered for & children) all very tasty apart from the scones. Like little solid dough bricks. Not pleasant. So slightly spoiled it for us .
