Very kind staff here, who make excellent coffee. The M&S cafe coffee is always very good here, I think this has to be one of my favourite cafes to go. Great interior seating with lots of natural light with the large windows, lots of space to sit, I’ve never been unable to get a seat here. The food
Great place for a coffee and snack. It was like an oven in there Monday. I asked why the air conditioning was not working? Her sheepish reply convinced me it was probably down to cost. They did lower the blinds, though and we continued to melt anyway 🤪
Always full of peopel, long queues. anyway cashierista ( cashier and batista) Ms.julie did all cashier, makeing tea, coffee, latte, etc. serviced like a flash lady, fast , appropriate and accurate with smiles. cafe offers Inexpensive English BIG breakfast £8+, wonderful fried eggs. tea served in an
Staff extremely helpful. My friend has 2 support dogs, asked if they could have a sausage each. Not only did they oblige, but cut the sausages up and would not accept payment. Thank you to the guy (very slim) who we put our request to and thank you to the manageress who did us (well dogs) amazing
Great food at reasonable prices. Had to wait a while in the queue to be served though.
Loved their falafel wrap!
Nice, decent quality food. Service was quick but they were missing the English breakfast (delivery was due to arrive). Nice place to sit and eat whether you specifically are shopping in M&S or are visiting any of the other shops within the retail park. Decent quality coffee too, decent size and tast
Very limited range of food if you are GF like me, basically it was a scone or a scone!!! (and that was pretty claggy). Drinks were good and so was the service, if you can eat normal foods there is a good selection of cakes, sandwiches and meals.
Not the fastest service, but always friendly, helpful and good-humoured staff. Cappuccino, latte and iced spiced bun hard to better
All the great friendly service you expect from Marks and Sparks. Really good coffee too
We were greeted by the entrance to the cafe & told we couldn't handle the cakes ourselves, they would plate up what we requested. Screen up at the till, tables have been arranged to enable social distancing, so we felt fairly comfortable to enjoy our hot chocolate & cake.
Bit school refectoryish. Lovely staff, who, unbelievably take a lot of verbal rudeness! Especially from old folk .. Why? The food is nice, however, rather pricey. A rather small breakfast, 3drinks & 2x scrambled egg on toast £24.00! Bring prices down a bit & we'll come more often. But thank you.
Good food, good service and decent prices.
