Smiley and friendly, the staff are top.
For the food... we've tried Christchurch, somerford, Bournemouth main, Kinson and Susan's are the best we've found so far, reasonably priced and fantastic food.
Reviews are old and really dont do this little gem any justice! Absolutely GREAT food.

So freaking delicious, I traveled from Portsmouth just to be able to have this Chinese! Always quick and hot. They do the BEST battered chicken sweet and sour balls!

I ordered in store. Was my first visit. The waiting wasn't too long. The food was tasty.
The service on the other hand needs improvement. The woman who took the order couldn't tell me much about the tast of some dishes I asked her about. Also, when the food was ready, she just said "food ready" but didn't say for who. I wasn't the only person waiting. When I asked for who, she said rudely: "both"

It was the first time I had tried the food of Susan's Chinese restaurant, My experience with the food quality by taste and the care has been taken to ensure that the food arrives piping hot and the Excellent services as the food arrived much earlier than expected they ranked the 10/10 points, I really enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend Susan's restaurant to others.

This is the first time I have used this takeaway. Delivery was amazing, only 20 minutes after I phoned! The food was lovely and had a freshness about it. The Thai red beef curry was delicious as were the chicken balls, chips, spring rolls and egg fried rice. The crispy shredded chicken with chilli was nice but the sauce was a little sweeter than I'm used to and it needed more chilli but that's just personal taste. The food was piping hot and portion sizes were really good. Will definitely order from here again.

Good quality food, very tasty, and exactly what you ordered - cashews when you asked for them, generous servings, and very lean meat. Definitely one of the best Chinese food takeaway restaurants I have tried.
