The staff were lovely here and the atmosphere was great. Low minimum stakes on live gaming too. Would recommend.

Door staff very rude awful in every way over confrontational looking to argue with those they think they can. My last two visits been ruined by door staff.
The staff inside however are exceptional. And by a mile the best casino in Bournemouth ( choice of two lol)

Excellent, this is the place to have a drink in Bournemouth. Excellent service, polite staff and amazing selection. You don't have to gamble to enjoy the atmosphere.
This is our go to Casino when visiting Bournemouth, its much more friendly over the other big chain located next to the restuarant we also always visit but prefer to go here, I enjoy the slots and Roulette and my chap likes the blackJack, after spending a few hours here I walked away almost even and

Only 2 casinos in Bournemouth and this is the smaller but nicest one you can find. Best customer service and treated like a person not a money to be made number! Took my daughter Just after she turned 18 and even though we lost it was a positive experience.

Went in here at 2am absolutely steaming with £250. Won a fat spin, lost £300 at blackjack and won it all back again on roulette before leaving at 5am.

Decent Casino in the center of Bournemouth, ended up £5 down in the end and that's probably what's keeping it from 5 stars. Nice and clean for a Casino with staff that aren't drones. Specifically Rowland made our night with his banter at the bar after finishing up on the blackjack table.
