Stopped in here for lunch today. It was amazing! We had the lunch menu and the food was beautiful, fantastic price, great service, and the restaurant is beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place.
It was one of the few places still serving food at nearly 10pm and taking us without reservation! The restaurant is very well designed, with decorations that reminds the cuisine of this place. The menu is very interesting because it's some sort of fusion between African food and some classics, like
What a great restaurant with friendly staff. Couldn't fault our meal, full of flavour and portions were generous. Would recommend.
It's been so long since I have given an all 5 star review but this place fully deserves it. We came here on my wife's recommendation. We both had calamari starters which were both crunchy on the outside but soft and succulent on the inside. Just how we like it. I ordered the non alcoholic "light
I would have to say I liked it but also a tiny bit disappointed. The service and the ambience was great only things that got me was the food. It was a bit bland for my pallet. The cocktail though was incredibly perfect and just a glowing aura of the right ingredient. Hope to be back again for other
Great atmosphere, staff & decor, very clean, excellent chicken wings, burger meal very nice but the patty could definitely use some seasoning. Overall a great experience, would go again.
A must visit - food and service both top notch! Steak, ostrich, Biltong and the deserts were fantastic - would definitely come again
Top of the list of any dining experience is the quality and taste of the food on offer. Zim Braai gets a 5 Star for both the quality and taste experience. The Atmosphere is also spot on for the vibe of this restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive without being in your face. A must for a
Beautiful place, lovely music in the background creating a really nice atmosphere along with the warm fire pires. Service was brilliant, very attentive and lovely. I believe our server was called Emily? And for 17 years old she was brilliant. Food was absolutely incredible, got the sharing platter t
We had an amazing time! Food was delicious and appropriate cost-food price. The staff was very welcoming and helpful always checking that our food was fine. Shout out to Navi, lovely waitress that took care of us!
Great place to eat. The food is amazing. Great choice, especially is you're Gluten Free! Most of the menu is gluten free. It's all so flavoursome and we'll made. Also, the cocktails are lovely. The service was top notch. Very tentative but not fussing around you. There when you need them. Overall a
Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely setting and decor. Steak cooked well and great service.
Lovely evening meal on Thursday- attentive staff and very enjoyable food. It’s an African restaurant so expect to see some different dishes on the menu. We ordered chicken skewers, calamari, Zimbabwean chicken and peanut curry and ostrich steak. All excellent. The mixologist produced some cocktails
This is the second time we have eaten here in 9months and both were great experiences. The food is exceptional and the service is great. This is becoming a regular visit when we come to Bournemouth. A lot of their menu if Gluten Free which is great to see! Highly recommend the fish curry. Only thin
The decor is really good very well presented. The food is good but I was not impressed by the so called Zim food I asked for greens and thought I was getting Zim greens but instead I got deep fried broccoli and it tasted like sea weed. My suggestion is they should get a chef from Zim that knows the
I'm glad we didn't get into the restaurant we tried first.... WOW... amazing food, drink and ambiance! Couldn't have asked for a better anniversary dinner! Would highly recommend.
Great South African food that brought back childhood memories. Everything was cooked perfectly and the whole family enjoyed it. Staff were polite and friendly. Decor was tastefully done with Africa not "in your face" so to speak. Will definitely go back.
What a great restaurant to find on our recent trip to Bournemouth. My wife and I spent a lovely anniversary evening there just after Christmas. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, shout out to Phoebe. Food is amazing and we were even treated to a couple of complimentary glasses of fizz for
