Convenient location being inside an asda, service was a bit slow but the staff were lovely so that made up for it and the food was hot and did taste fresh been there for both breakfast rush and during a much calmer lunch hour

The self-service system makes it easy to choose one's meals. It is pretty fast once payment is made too and the attendants were awesome...

Simple and easy, does what it says on the tin from self service to mobile app ordering and food order being correct and hot - reason not for 5 stars is I always find waiting slightly longer to get order then other McDonald’s and the collection point tends to be/get pretty busy/packed with people
Close by ASDA (main entrance) and Interchange Station (Bus and Train) very convenient for travelers.

Conveniently located just inside the main entrance to Asda. Plenty of self serve kiosks, a lot of seating, and brightly lit. Staff were friendly and our very large, complicated order was correct the first time. They were not put off by our food allergies. Asda has free 3 hour parking so it’s easy to
Food and service were good. We have never been when the milkshake/mcflurries were available though....
McDonald's is inside Asda and is one of just a few places to eat on the main shopping level at castle point so it's always busy. Handy for lunch if you're shopping
