Ordered a chicken biryani which came with a free vegetable curry, hot chicken noodles and mango lassi. By far the best asian restaurant I’ve had: service was amazing with amazing staff such a Ali, pretty place for dinners and overall amazing food. And this is all coming from someone who’s from Londo
Service was great and the food was amazing. The inside of the restaurant was very clean. I would recommend family and friends to go to this restaurant when visiting Bournemouth.
Amazing takeaway last night. The Nowabi was delicious! We collected and saw a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant so we’ll definitely be booking to eat in very soon. Our new favourite takeaway too 🤩
Friendly staff, great food with rich flavours and best of all its 'bring your own alcohol' which made the entire night very reasonably priced - highly recommend!! 👌👌
We have been to the Iford Tandoori several times. Always great. Today was my father's 88th birthday and the staff did an amazing job. Food was excellent as well as the service. Thank you. You are the best!
Living up North it's difficult getting used to Southern prices but this place is the exception to the norm.

We've used the Iford for takeaways and I have to say they are good . We love the Lamb Shank in particular.
It is bring your own alcohol which is great. The owner Ali is very pleasant and helpful with advice on dishes. The restaurant is very clean and friendly. My dad and I enjoyed a king prawn Tikka masala and Jalfrezi with chaipatti. We will definitely be returning soon.

Never a dull dish. Everything here has a considered, individual flavour. Staff are happy to make recommendations to suit your taste and fancy. Tasted a lot of Indian cuisine in the BCP area. This wins hands down. It's also a bit of a rare find. Love it.
We have been ordering takeaways from Iford Tandoori for over a year now. I am wary of writing reviews for takeaway restaurants (we have yet to sit-in there so only experienced as a takeaway) as the quality can waiver but our experience over the past year has been one of consistent, delicious food. Absolutely BRILLIANT restaurant , in my opinion probably one of the best in Bournemouth.
Food is always excellent , staff courteous and friendly and of course because you bring your own alcohol the price is exceptionally good.
