Delicious, filling, healthy chicken burrito for £8.20. Yet people flock to McD's and ignore Tortilla, its crazy! Pleasant staff.

anamaria served us and was amazing! so many students in for the student deal and she managed to serve us very fast with a smile on her face! (i definitely wouldn’t have been able to do that)

I order a veggie burrito and the guacamole comes free as I confirmed with official Tortilla on Instagram themselves and yet there’s always one employee that tells me it isn’t and so I have to go without. Just annoying.

Always an amazing experience when you come here. The staff are super friendly and helpful and always take the time to go the extra mile (especially with my little one).

Really good portions, delicious food, and excellent service. We had chicken burrito and 3 pork tacos, and we loved it.
Also, I had a frozen margarita and was quite good.

I went into Tortilla today as I wanted to make some home made burrito’s that tasted just like those they serve there. The staff were lovely and helpful and as I didn’t want that “shop taste” that I find you get from supermarkets, I asked if I could purchase some rice and pico de gallo from them.
The team were so lovely to me in response and really helped me out. I look forward to going in there for one of their awesome burritos and the fab customer service.
P.s- burritos turned out beautiful, but couldn’t get the wrapping technique right 😄
