Aroma Indian Takeaway

My friends and I are in the area on a sort of school trip! We have been friends 50 years and used to come to Bourton on school field trips. We came here tonight and have had the best fun I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Abdul was the best waiter/ host ever. He is so funny, warm and clever we laughed and laughed, my friends can recommend the Naz Chops and we even got to speak to Naz herself on the phone in Scotland whist she is on holiday, apparently it’s her “secret” recipe. - the food was absolutely delicious….. we leave completely happy. 100/10 come eat here and tell all your friends to come eat here too then come here and eat again…. And repeat

I think only Indian take away in bourton. Only had take away..but upstairs testurant looked clean and peacefull with cotswold stone walls. Front of house most welcoming. Array of papers and magazines to read whilst waiting. If eat in can take own alcohol and beer and no corkage. Does Specialities and what you would expect. Prices ok and reflect area.

Date night tonight. What a treat coming to Aroma we Love this place a real hidden gem. Amazing tasting food,freshly made to order and you can taste the difference. Place lovely and hot plates, good atomosphere with other diners. What give this place is 5***** Is the YTS Boss man. ( Love him and his banter) after 8 x

Visited while on holiday with my 80 year old Indian mum. Delicious Food! Excellent chicken tikka and one of the tastiest tarka dahls I've had. Even my authentic Indian mum said it was tasty. The owner was very friendly and welcoming too. top bloke!. It's a shame we only decided to eat there on our last night otherwise we would be back for more.

Recommended by Chestnuts B&B If your didn't know the restaurant was upstairs you might miss it and that would be disastrous as this is most friendly, comfortable place we have been , all the food we had was absolutely delicious 😋 nothing but admiration for the chef, all authentically cooked fresh and presented with care . The service was excellent and Abdul is an absolute star 🌟

Aroma Restaurant is a must-visit location in Bourton on the Water. All our choices were nicely presented, very flavourful and the portions were ample. Our host was very friendly and helpful in recommending and pairing dishes. We experimented with new selections we had not tried before and were extremely pleased! This is a place to return to again and again!

Oh my goodness what can I say! This was our first visit to this restaurant and it definitely won’t be our last. The Biryani I had is simply one of the best I have ever eaten and I have tried many. The host was so lovely, friendly and attentive which made our visit all the more enjoyable, and the young lady who brought our food to us was polite and friendly. The service couldn’t be faulted at all. It’s a takeaway downstairs but a small and tasteful restaurant upstairs.well worth a visit if you’re out that way. You won’t be disappointed.
