Quick service, cake was ordered quick and they provided product before the time they mentioned when I ordered online. Staff were friendly and cheerful despite the hot weather and were very pleasant.

We came here for a mango flavour cake and the lady working here said it was out of stock but I really wanted the mango cake so she said she will make it within 1 hour and she made it. It looks very nice. Thank you to all th3 staff in roman road and thank you cake box.

Roman road would have to be the best cake box, they were sweet and kind and when I wasn’t sure with what I want they weee helpful.
Ayesha was really helpful, helped my sister Hena for my nieces 1st birthday and gave a us a free candle she quickly resolved an issue and made my sister happy definitely recommend ❤️

So after putting my review on I was contacted by Kate box who I can honestly say went out of their way to rectify the situation and after this I would actually give cake box a really good rating for the customer service. I actually did go out of their way and I felt that they cared about delivering good service. If you have had problems with any cake purchased from here I would say contact them to try and rectify the situation.
I ordered a red velvet cake which I picked up at 12 however it was very dry and stale and there was no cream cheese as stated on the website, instead there was just cream topping. I also ordered two inflatable balloons and one of the balloons the air had gone out with in in one hour.
I'm very disappointed I paid a lot of money for these and the guests at my party didn't like the cake either so we have all left with a very bad impression of cake box in bow, none of my guests all myself would be ordering from cake box in both again and you have earned yourself a very poor reputation.
I love all the staff in this store very friendly and nice. Thank you sooo much. I ordered 60 cupcake for charity one day before and the made it before 12 the next day. Very great customer service they all went beyond today. Thank you so much.
