The food was really nice. Lots of gluten free options. I had the curry and it was my favourite curry ever. The rice really complemented it. The food was also well priced.
Firstly, the food here was fantastic. We are vegan so we're thrilled to have options for every course and these were all excellent, well presented, tasty and well thought out. I enjoyed my meal immensely and it was excellent value for money.
We booked the cinema meal deal not realising we would end up running much later then planned. The restaurant were amazing, so chilled about us being an hour late (!), hurried our order out super quick in order to ensure we could get to the cinema in time, and were efficient and friendly. The service was exceptional.
I would highly recommend.

Great food, great service. I think this was the best of the restaurants we tried in Windermere. Salmon was excellent. AND, the sticky toffee pudding is great. A quiet table. Got here for early bird dinner, choice of courses. Generous portions. Get out of the crowded city center and try this place, you won't regret it

Courses for £18 was amazing value too. Table service by the chef. Just a 5 min walk up out of the super busy waterfront of Bowness.
Lovely food and excellent service. We went early so it was quiet but there was the added value of the early dining offer.
Went as a party of 6 for my sons birthday. Table booked by email. Very impressed with the food and service. All of the party of 6 were impressed with all 3 courses and the helpful and friendly service. We all enjoyed a lovely evening, thank you.

Bank holiday Sunday weekend,a walk-in and without consulting Mr. Google for reviews, this was an unexpected stop as we were practically out of options . Lots of the places we passed by in along Windermere had long queues. We had to bite the bullet or starve but lucky us this was like the quiet end of town ,so took our chances and were surprised how tasty the food was. Better still they had a couple of vegan dishes and also had vegan ice cream which some establishments don’t cater for. By looks the place may look outdated but the food and the accommodating service staff were so attentive and worked hard as the place filled up. It was lovely watching them work as a team. It spoke volumes of their work ethics so definitely a 5 star from me.
My partner and I had a meal here on our last night in the Lake District and we were so pleased we did! The food was delicious and at a very good price and the place had a cosy feel and warm atmosphere. The staff were brilliant and provided a great service even when it was busy! We would definitely go again when we’re next in the area! Thank you, you gave us a very special evening that completed our stay there!
