Excellent food with a beautiful view. We visited the Boathouse for the first time as a walk-in, a table for 2 was quickly given to us and our drinks ordered and received very quickly. Food was great I opted for the Ceaser Salad without anchovies in which the chef was happy to accommodate and my part
Absolutely love the food here, service is excellent visited with extended family views are fabulous
A bit further away from the main tourist attractions area but it was worth it. Food was great at reasonable price. Middle was fresh and juicy. Gammon was good too. Would recommend.

Called in on Saturday 1st April....
no booking at around 6.15pm.
2 tables were set for large parties, but a table was found upstairs for us, with a great view over the marina.
Food and drinks were ordered and came quickly.

Food was delicious and service was great. View was lovely too of the dock.
So pleased to have been the first customers to enjoy breakfast here! Friendly and attentive service and amazing food. We’d recommend the breakfast stack in particular. Relaxing atmosphere and pretty views. Also, a lovely touch with a little bowl of smarties with our hot drinks!

Great food, service and location. Only downside was dog off lead wandering around the restaurant and barking.
Right on the marina just outside the CAMC site through the dog walk onto the Hawkshead ferry road and hey ho there is the boathouse bar.
Brilliant, modern and dog friendly set amongst the floating gin palaces of Windermere Lake.
Nice view over the marina. food was really nice . Service was a little slow maybe due to staffing but when the food turned very nice you have to park across the road cost is a least £5.00 but after 8pm it's free
