Love the Boathouse! The staff are always friendly, ate here on a numerous of occasions but never had breakfast here! Would totally recommend the breakfast rolls as a perfect start to the day and over looking the marina you could be in the med on a sunny day.

Excellent food with a beautiful view. We visited the Boathouse for the first time as a walk-in, a table for 2 was quickly given to us and our drinks ordered and received very quickly. Food was great I opted for the Ceaser Salad without anchovies in which the chef was happy to accommodate and my partner went for the Salmon both were fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

A bit further away from the main tourist attractions area but it was worth it. Food was great at reasonable price. Middle was fresh and juicy. Gammon was good too. Would recommend.

What a lovely place. Called in on Saturday 1st April.... no booking at around 6.15pm. 2 tables were set for large parties, but a table was found upstairs for us, with a great view over the marina. Food and drinks were ordered and came quickly. Delicious starters of Olives and Prawns then mains of beef cobbler and chicken. Reasonably priced ... Would definitely recommend. Parking is across the Lane on the Council carpark...free after 8pm but around £3.20 for 2 hours before that time

So pleased to have been the first customers to enjoy breakfast here! Friendly and attentive service and amazing food. We’d recommend the breakfast stack in particular. Relaxing atmosphere and pretty views. Also, a lovely touch with a little bowl of smarties with our hot drinks!

Amazing place for a beer or glass of wine. Food was amazing and the price was fair. I will definitely be coming back for food and drinks. Staff were lovely 😀

Right on the marina just outside the CAMC site through the dog walk onto the Hawkshead ferry road and hey ho there is the boathouse bar. Brilliant, modern and dog friendly set amongst the floating gin palaces of Windermere Lake.
