Bodega Tapas Bar - Bowness-on-Windermere - Photo album

It has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The menu was amazing. So much to choose from. We chose 7 dishes between two people. Every dish so full of FLAVOUR. Really enjoyed it and will certainly return.
This is a must visit if you’re in Bowness. The staff, the drinks, the food, the vibe; everything is simply on point. We’ve been many times now and will continue to return whenever we can as we simply love it. I’d recommend the chorizo with chick peas and the baked goats cheese - both are delicious!
My absolute favourite place in Bowness for midday tapas. The staff are so welcoming and the food is fantastic. There is something for everybody in both food and drink. Once you are inside, it is like being in Spain for a short time. I would recommend this to anybody.
Amazing food, great selection of beers and lovely atmosphere. The service was also good.
Absolutely amazing tapas bar with plenty of choices! The pork ribs were also especially tender and very tasty with the sauce, as were the garlic prawns.
Great selection of tapas plates. Reasonable prices and very tasty too. Can't book so may have to wait (we waited around 30 mins at 8pm). Would definitely recommend and visit again!
Ate here for dinner tonight. Walked in and expected to wait for a table as other reviews said, however got a table for 2 straight away. Staff were all friendly. Food arrived quickly, and all the dishes were delicious and good portions. The only reason for 4 stars, is that whilst waiting for food, I
Could give it more than 5 stars if that was an option. Service was warm, friendly, and swift. Was quiet when we came, so the food was quick to arrive. So much choice and cooked to perfection. Absolutely outstanding. Definitely visit this place if your here in Windermere
Tapas was great and drinks were even better. Ordered baked prawns, paella along with coconut mojito and tap beer estrella damn. Highly recommended.
Ic and Flic have only been here once before. Good bar to try some tapas and wine. Has one real ale; Theakstone Summit on this visit. Very good. The bar is bigger than it looks from the street. A bar area at rear for drinks or tables spread about for eating. Small amount of seating out front on the p
OK, so we were told straight away that it would take about 30 minutes for food as they were really busy. They were definately near capacity but we didn't have to wait to be seated. My wife and I had a couple of drinks whilst waiting but the service was there when we needed them without any prompting
Brilliant tapas....lovely friendly staff...our holiday wouldn't be the same without a visit here....never disappoints
Amazing food, amazing cocktails, lovely place! Would highly recommend.
We had a great meal out here following reading some good google reviews. The four of us had a brilliant meal - we asked for some advice about how many dishes to order from the tapas menu and it was spot on. The service was good and it was reasonably priced. Very tasty food.
A lovely spot for tapas in Bowness. You couldn’t book so we came earlier around 5:30pm and got a table, the place filled up completely by 7pm. The sangria is great, we then had a bottle of Rioja. You choose the tapas by ticking off a sheet, and it’s all brought to the table at once. The paella cou
Lovely cocktails, much cheaper than everywhere else in this area and was open the latest compared to every where we'd tried. Staff were friendly and seemed happy and danced along behind the bar which added to the Lovely atmosphere and welcoming environment. Budget friendly!
