The Bluebird Cafe On The Bay - Bowness-on-Windermere - Photo album

Clean and friendly. No waiting and food brought to your table. Good quality food including toasties, sanwich, cake and crisps. Hot and cold drinks and smoothies available ideal for a quick snack. Accessible toilet for use of cafe customers.
i find " The Bluebird Cafe on the Bay " very good value for money .not as much seating inside but you can use the tables and chairs which are outside, weather permitting.
Popped in for a refreshing drink on the bank holiday. Service was quick and courteous. Myself and my partner both had a tropical smoothie (unfortunately they had ran out of ingredients for the berry version). Both were served in plastic cups with paper straws. Whilst they did taste very nice without
A great outlook onto the Lake, reasonably priced drinks to warm us up after our boat trip. Pleasant and friendly staff too.
Popped into The bluebird cafe for a quick bite to eat whilst on a boat switchover. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful tasting brie, cranberry and bacon toastie and the BEST brownie I have ever had. It melted in my mouth. Ended up going back for seconds a few hours later
Excellent ham and tomato sandwich which was certainly a meal in itself, very tasty and filling that hunger feeling so many thanks and look forward to eating with you again very soon 👍👏
Friendly staff and good coffee. We are a big group of people and the staffs were very patient and friendly with us the whole time.
A simple and basic cafe with simple offerings. Cosy place to take a breather before continuing the walk around the lake or town. Service is friendly - the staff are full of smiles and pleasant to communicate with. Food offerings are simple. I would not say it's overpriced given the current inflation
Nice but small café at the quay. Quite new build. Nice staff making good coffee to you. Also something to eat.
Very nice scone 👍jam & cream was delicious 😋 also nice shop joined
Great little Coffee shop near the Boats with lovely views of the lake from inside, or from the picnic benches outside. Serves nice coffee and reasonably priced 👍
We ordered bacon butties to eat in and cakes to takeaway. Food was very tasty. It was a little pricey but it was in a ideal spot looking over the lake and right by the ferry port and boat hire. Staff friendly and provided quick service. Ideal for a quick pit stop before getting our boat.
