Really nice pub. Wanted somewhere nice and quiet after walking round windermere for a couple of hours. Outside area was really nice and cold pint of San Miguel hit the spot 😋

Beautiful old pub with an amazing beer garden, situated down a little alley. Highly recommend dropping in for a pint if you're in the area - rain or shine, there's a beautiful outdoor section and a large conservatory too.

Lovely stay, really child and dog friendly. Rooms are really clean and the bar has a very welcoming atmosphere. Kath and Charlie couldn’t do more to help you during your stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely pub down a quiet side street. Great garden to sit outside in on a nice day too. The staff are welcoming and friendly, service almost instant and the prices reasonable. Tucked away it isn't somewhere you're likely to discover easily, but it's worth taking the small detour if you're looking for a relaxing time.

Very friendly people, lovely clean room. Thought we were staying next door but owners have sold that one on and concentrating on Churchill’s Very close to everything Work to do in the bar with a start already to be seen, nice to go back and see what been achieved I a year maybe No food as kitchen is being upgraded but plenty not far away. Thank you Kathy for making us welcome
