I regularly bring by girls for breakfast here and the service is always friendly and accommodating. Cooked beakfast is still made to order and is plentiful, can recommend the black pudding!

Lovely place to stop off for breakfast. Usual beefeater quality which you can always trust. Waiter was friendly. Good value at £9.99 for a full English all you can eat and kids eat free. Well worth a visit.

Food was tasty and came in a good time. Service was a little slow and the hostess on arrival was rather abrupt. Was quite dark, and the bar area especially so!

Spent 3 nights staying at the Premier Inn Twin Bridges. The food has been good. Service and atmosphere was just what we needed. So relaxing. Chris the manager and his team have gone above and beyond to keep his customers happy. It has more character than most of the modern restaurants. We had the sirloin steaks perfectly cooked.

Overall a nice meal. We were made to wait and then got rather rude treatment from one staff member... But, the manager realised (we didn't need to complain), apologised and got us a round of drinks. He checked up on us the rest of the evening.
Couldn't ask for more. Would've been maybe 2 stars before he stepped in, but he more than made up for it.

Took my fience and out for a birthday meal, the staff were very friendly food absolutely delicious and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend and we will be going back. Currently they have a additional set menu as well which was great value for money.

4pm visit as staying in premier inn next door. Very quiet so food came quick. Staff very polite and mixed grill filled my hungry belly.
Only quibble would be music a little loud for my taste.

Called in on our way home from Newhaven to Wales. The Welcome as you wait to be seated was friendly and polite despite no booking this was no issue.
All waiting staff were very friendly - no complaints whatsoever.
Food came quickly following order however was missing side dish to begin with which we had to wait for and the build your own burger was missing the cheese slice that was ordered. Thankfully the waitress who was lovely double checked to make sure we weren’t charged for the cheese slice as it is extra in the build your own burger options and honoured the Blue Blight Card Discount at the end when paying the bill as we ordered two mains from the main menu.

I went to dinner quite early as I was away for work. The food was delicious and really well cooked. The wait staff were really pleasant and lovely. The atmosphere was quite quiet but the aesthetic in the pub is lovely. It didn't feel uncomfortably quiet at all. Thank you
