Pleasant staff, cakes and ice cream were good but a little expensive. Late was tasty but came 7 mins after the cakes and was luke warm.
If you go to Patisserie Valerie you already know that their cakes are unbelievably tasty and coffee is nice and strong with distinctive taste. If you haven't been there yet I suggest to go. Prices vary if you eat in or out. During summer nice outside seating.
Customer experience today at afternoon tea was amazing. Tiny little shop with wonderful staff Gabriella and Gretta who served us today. Very warm, friendly and totally accommdating of our needs. We do hope management appreciate they are the type of staff that we want to be served by. A great range of cakes, drinks and very lovely afternoon tea setup. Delicious. Thank you.
Good coffee and fresh tasty pastries, excellent service and friendly staff. Suggest a review of the smoking policy for the outside seating area, smoking is allowed, which is disappointing. If you must permit smoking, suggest this is restricted to the area under just one parasol only.
Nice and cosy place to stop by during shopping. I expected so much variety but due to its size, its got limited options but doesn't matter much after a long shopping... The service is great. They do table service and very friendly staff. Its quite good the way it is presented. Its got outdoor seating area but not good during winter.. Surely a buzzing place in summer.. Great coffee by the way.
