The convenience is fantastic. The seating area bit is great. You go in take a beeper sit down, call them, order what you want and then pay to pick it up and sit down and eat. Minimal staff which is great it your just wanted to enjoy some good food with some good company.
Would probably go by myself
Hotshot Parmesan chicken was spot on, I tried the Istanbul which was different and nice. Garlic bread was also lovely, service and atmosphere was 10đđź

Their dine in experience is a bit different in the fact you have to call from upstairs but in my opinion this makes no difference as their customer service is exceptional.
Also for the muslims it has no music which alhamdulil

Best parmo about! Original and cant be beaten, reason for 4 star was the wait time was alot longer than usual also dont get to pick salad anymore or dont have sauces in bottles.

The ordering system was SO strange. We was told to sit at the table and phone the shop to place the order and then to go collect the food. The waiters were not allowed to take our order. The plates & cutlery were all disposable.

Nice parmo and overall good food but attitudes on the people answering the phones and serving is very poor. They clearly lack customer service skills and also lack manners.
Went here a few months ago and it was easily the best Parmesan I have ever had in my entire life. It is very cheesy and it is very thick and it definitely is a good portion size. Chicken Hotshot Parmesan. Itâs been a while since I last ate here and itâs been seriously renovated. Previously, it could only seat a handful of people so most of us had to eat on the doorstep.
Theyâve added plenty of seating upstairs now, great decor and the food is just as good.
Absolutely delicious been having them for years! But recently their portion sizes have gone sooooo small especially their cabbage Iâm shocked. Paid ÂŁ2 for extra small cabbage on the side and it was literally like 2 teaspoonsđ maybe itâs new management or something but other than that theyâre lovely!
Parmesans are always incredible. Great seating upstairs too so definitely recommend eating in. Staff and service on point so you will not be disappointed.
Enough street parking outside to accommodate too, which is handy. Expensive for a student but very accessible.
I have to say the best parmesan is in Parmesan house opposite bradford college. Eveeytime i go to eat its mega clean and the young Hakeem gave service with a smile and even offered and carried food upstairs for me as it was 2 trays. He came back with more sauces and asked if we need anything else.
