Visited nandos this evening and was met by the manager whose customer service skills were impeccable. It's the first time l have seen a nandos manager that is visible and hands on. Even managed to get Alexis a free brownie on the house on condition that she gets an autograph when he is famous, that was the icing on the cake. She was definitely a breath of fresh air and will definitely visit again

Walked into the restaurant to be greatest by a guy I can only describe as "Majestic" he had such an amazing way about him and nothing was enough. I think his name was Jamie? Awesome food and "Majestic" people x
When we first got there, the place was full. They took our number and asked to call us in 30mins when a table opens up. We went across to wait because there were so many people in the line. In less than 30mins we got a call to come over and our place was ready.
As usual, Nando's, for me, is always a beautiful experience. This time, we order the family platter and 2 extra sides of garlic bread and corn on the cob. The order came quickly, and we had a good time.
The space was very crowded and had to wait for a table on Saturday night. Staff was courteous and operations overall were smooth. Food was delicious as usual. Overall great experience..
Visited tonight & service, all the staff the young girl in hijab who took my order, the Caucasian gentlemen who served our food & lovely Ismail who also served us were absolutely amazing. They were on the ball, polite, friendly and although it was so busy they were on top of it. Couldn't commend them enough x
It may be my false idea but somehow the food in downtown Nandos tastes a little bit better. The service was perfect
and we enjoyed our day out.

Just a brief review to express my appreciation for the excellent and welcoming staff. We visited on New Year’s Eve - at a very busy time - and were immediately accommodated by a very friendly and helpful server.
Our daughter is gluten free … and it was absolutely no trouble, despite a nearly full restaurant.
Nandos as always is absolutely brilliant, but this one time I ate in store one off the staff members called Rahil had greeted us in a polite and friendly manner. He was really attentive and showed excellent customer service. He made me and my family feel welcomed, will definitely come back 👍🏽
Excellent service from the manager Ismail. He didn’t quite understand our obsession with Broccoli but was very attentive and answered every question with a smile. The good as always was perfect. Thank you for such great service.

I always come in to collect on a Thursday. A few times now I seen the lady manager. She recognised me and came and sat with me whilst I waited for my food, felt like I was talking to a mate! She made it feel like home and she introduced herself she’s called Bally. Will always lookout for her on Thursdays, such a rare thing in food places but she was absolutely brilliant!
The food is great as always however, we had two infants with us and no space for a pushchair and a highchair. The highchairs are very uncomfortable as well
I would give this Nando’s 10/10 stars if I could. We was greeted excellently and as we sat down we ordered through the QR code. A little mistake happened with the flavour of our chicken, but the staff were quick to rectify and standards didn’t drop. A mistake is normal, but to act on it how the team did was what makes the experience that much better. I would recommend this Nando’s to anyone, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a restaurant in my life. Thank you to the team! You were all excellent.
Beautiful food everytime we visit! A nice warm place and nice warm food! Can't fault the place if you like chicken. The staff seem so busy no matter what time you go sometimes you feel a little neglected when you have requested something but everyone is busy in their job so can't fault that I guess? Winner winner chicken dinner! To have a great dinner and experience go for around 6pm as it soon fills up and gets busy! Will not be disappointed!
The lady in charge and her colleagues were amazing and attentive, she managed to source us a table for 9 people with minimum fuss. She was friendly and welcoming
