The wheelchair facilities could improve I had to wait for a member of the public to go inside and ask a staff member to bring out a ramp the disabled doorbell did not work.

Bradford friendly staff. Cappuccino was a bit too hot - careful not to burn the milk. milk should be sweet and isn't when burnt

Blonde guy with tattoos and piercing is the right person in the right place- very polite, such a nice person and me and my partner received the best customer service. Milkshakes were lovely, 100% recommend ! X

My go to place for coffee! I love the ambience, service and friendly staff. Came to Bradford for the first time in Oct 21 and this was right opposite to the place I was living in. And now it is the regular spot that I come in alone, with my partner or with friends.

The best coffee I've had in ages! Decaffs are often weak but this was well made and full of flavour. Decaff extra hot latte.
Love the counter design here, quite art deco and very Italian.

The staff Rafal & Sam are very friendly, they take our orders in their heart and remember what I am allergic to. They would recommend different drinks or snack accordingly. Excellent service, best cafe in town.
