Staff are incredible they deserve a good bonus from Costa management, have worked for Costa before in many stores, this Costa standards of customer service is exceptional.
Costa Coffee, also known as "costa lot". Yes it's a bit pricey but you know what you're getting.
The hot drinks were served in takeaway cups when we were there. Not sure why.

Can't go wrong with a Costa and Carrot cake on a dull day. Store has a good selection of cakes/biscuits on a daily basis. Large space to accommodate a few people and a private area that is not so noisy if needed. Store is in the Broadway shopping centre, easy reach if out and about shopping.
Really nice friendly staff served me. Was clean bit quiet but it was early had a lovely salted caramel hot chocolate.

Ordered cappuccino, but I didn't liked it, as too bitter and strong for my taste, barista changed it for much better one as per her recommendations and for free. Thank you, very pleased for free exchange and hospitality
