It's a great chippy! I have been here many times, not had a bad experience. Batter is crispy, fish is usually soft and flaky, chips are good too. I can't comment on anything other than the fish chip or mushy peas as that's all I ever order, and if that's what you want I definitely recommend. Credit to Gulliver's to offer deals for 2, 3, 4 fish and chips, in the current climate it's great that they are making attempts to keep this an honest option for take out. My only comment for improvement would be, the pandemic is over, let customers approach the pass and add on their own salt and vinegar if they choose to. I will keep going here.

It's not a really bad choppy.
BUT. Let people put their own comdemnt on and stop acting like there in a pandemic.
As for the scallop put some potato in them not wafer thin inedible.

Proper fish and chips. Becoming hard to find totally none existent in the south of England ( well I can't find any) as for the vendors, the place is clean (ish) and the staff rarely smile. But as they sell proper fish and chips I wouldn't care if you deposited money and the food appeared from a hole in the ground 🤷

I love Gullivers fish and chips and order from them regularly. Their scampi is lovely. The staff are very friendly and have told me that if I ring my order in before I go they will have it ready for me. You couldn’t expect better service and value for money.

Great service, efficient and quick. Lovely fish and chips. Fish batter is crispy not greasy. Chips would be better with a bit of a crispier outside, but they are still nice. Curry sauce is good. Great deals. Odd opening times.
