The fish was beautiful but I personally didn't like the chips, or the price. £7.50, for fish n chips.

Wow! I can honestly say these are the best fish & chips I've ever had. The fish is white (not grey), chunky and delicious, and the batter is light, crispy and golden. Chips are really good too, no soggy items here!
This was my second visit, second because I didn't want to write a review until I knew the first the wasn't a one off, it wasn't. It's consistently good here.
I travel c. 10 miles for these, and I will be back.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with 5* service. The ladies working were so lovely and friendly and extremely helpful. The food was cooked fresh and wow it was amazing. The best fish cake I've had in a very long time. The batter was so crispy, perfectly cooked. This will definitely be my new regular chippy. Many thanks for your lovely service and food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time I have visited the fish has been cooked fresh and the chips are great. No need to go further afield to get fish and chips

Nice little chip shop visited for the first time, usually a regular at 'Mother Hubbard's' but was driving past so thought I'd give it a go. The prices here are alot more reasonable than most, reflected slightly in the portion sizes BUT the fish and chips are good and the staff are really friendly too.
