Heav'nly Donuts

I feel like this place used to be a 5 star but that the pandemic must have done something to lower their morale or something. I used to come by and see smiling faces, and my food was always perfect. The other day my bagel wasn't toasted for my breakfast sandwich. I understand, you have to move the line, but every other time the bagels been toasted and it feels all gummy in my mouth the few times it has been given to me like that. So just today I roll through, no line at all. I ask for a sandwich and for the bagel to be toasted bc it wasn't the other day. When I get up to the window no one's smiling, like to the point where you'd think I'd have done something egregious. No "Hi, how are you?", just says the total and gives me a huge frown. Ok. I just want to make sure I get good food by saying something, in case they're told not to toast the bagels or something anymore. I dunno how their business works. I just know that I feel like I've been punished for wanting to give them money in exchange for decent food and service. Oh well, I guess I'll just make my food at home instead. No one HAS to go out to get food if it's gonna be like that. The person handing off the food did something similar, which I just don't understand. Don't you all want customers?

I absolutely love this Heav'nly!! The coffee is always bursting with flavors and they offer a huge variety along with seasonal specials. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and they offer a large variety of pastries and donuts as well. My favorite part of the experience though is the staff. They work so hard there and always have a smile on their faces. As a small local chain I feel it is super important to contribute to their success. It can be hard to compete with Dunkins and Starbucks but I truly feel they do a superb job and hold their own. They always seem to be busy so you can see they're doing something right. This will always be my go to coffee shop!!
