Dunkin Donuts

Placed order on app, when I got there to pick it up - they told me that the ovens had been turned off, so they couldn't make my order. To make matters worse, they couldn't even credit me! I had to return and talk to the manager! Two days later, I went to see the manager. Waited at the counter almost 10 min - nobody even noticed me until I started calling out. Received my refund, but manager was less than cordial. Will never go back to 15 S Main St again.

The cashier in the drive through proceeded to pass my order to another car and when they realized it wasn't there order they handed it back, she then proceeded to hand the exact same bag back to me. When I asked for my food to be remade seeing as you know were in the middle of a pandemic, she proceeded to roll her eyes and take the items out of the bag and into another i literally watched her do it right in front of me! The cherry on top is she charged me 2 times!!! And then gave me the wrong receipt.

I had a coffee remade from a different Dunks and this shop was the closest to me at the time after getting the initial drink. I went in and was greeted by an employee named Dylan. I told him what happened, and he listened to every word I said and did everything to make the coffee as good as it could be to my liking. His coworker, who was doing drive thru, I think his name was Alphonso from what I heard when they were talking. They were working hard to make sure us customers are happy with our orders and leave with a smile on our face!
